Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Warlines (the "Game"), provided by Sobaka (Kamil Zuchelkowski) ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform you obtained it from (such as Google Play).

2. Ownership

The Game — including its code, artwork, audio, characters, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with the Game's intended operation;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

The Game includes virtual currency (such as gold) and virtual items (such as upgrades and cosmetics) that you can earn through play, obtain by watching optional advertisements, or buy with real money. These virtual items:

• have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods;
• are licensed to you for use within the Game only, not sold;
• may be changed, removed, or reset as part of updates or game balancing;
• are non-refundable except as described below or where required by law.

Paid purchases

The Game offers optional one-time purchases: packs of in-game gold, and a purchase that removes advertisements. All payments are processed by Google Play — we never receive or handle your payment details. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm, and any applicable taxes are determined by Google Play.

• Gold packs are consumable: the gold is added to your balance and the purchase can be made again.
• Removing advertisements is a one-time purchase tied to your Google account, and can be restored on a new device or after reinstalling.
• The amount of gold a pack grants scales with your progress, and the amount shown at the time of purchase is what you receive.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. If a purchase does not appear in the Game, please contact us using the details below.

5. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products or services they promote. Any interaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them, and you may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
